Facebook, Twitter and Google all have Site Rules, and if you break them you ca be suspended. He broke the rules, he was suspended, not sure he legally has a leg to stand on.
I fear this might be a mistake by the Trumpster. If this does go to court, they will have a lot of analytics about who exactly was following Trump, and I suspect they are mot very nice people.
