I am trying to remove my email address and phone number from Google searches. There is only one remaining on there. The website concerned have taken the page down, but it is still visible in the Google search. I have attempted to ask Google how to remove it but have not had a reply. Any ideas?

Under EU law, there's a 'right to be forgotten' from Google searches (other than under certain specified circumstances), applying to any EU citizen. When the UK decided to leave the EU, there was some doubt as to whether that right would be retained for UK citizens but legal opinion seems to suggest that, under the provisions of the EU (Withdrawal) Act 2018, it has been.

Assuming that to be the case, this is the form that you need to use in order to seek the removal of your information from Google searches:
https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/legal-removal-request?complaint_type=rtbf&hl=en&rd=1

You should note, while you might be able to get the data removed from searches on google.co.uk (and, at the same time, from any searches made on EU-based versions of Google), it will still be available to anyone who searches on google.com. That's because the USA won't allow EU laws to be applied to US-based websites.
