i had to reset my dell laptop it says battery 255% available also when i unplug the charger it shuts down

ta for info the lappy is only 9 months old
ihas not got an a battery that i can take out
it seems to have an internal battery

it's not a coincidence that 255 is the highest number that can be in a byte! XFF
