booted up my lappy yesterday it auto acanned laptop history now ge tting nothing
now when i boot up i get this preparing auto repair did not work= popup diagnosing your machine did not work reset this machine did not work ideas please

i did go to options nothing worked

You'll need to boot from a USB drive (created on another Windows 10 computer) then. Play the video and move the cursor to the 3 minute mark for instructions. (Hint: If you click on the title of the video, at the top of it, instead of on the 'Play' button, the video will open in a Youtube page, making it easier to see than viewing it here on AB).
