how do i get MAME to work?

i am trying to download wonderboy in monster land so i can play it on my pc. How do i run the MAME software and how do i get the wonderboy in monsterland to work?

Mame is really easy to use, especially if you download one of the windows varients like Mame32 which has a graphical frontend.
The only thing you need to do is ensure that the ROMS for the games are named correctly and kept in the ROMS folder, It does not matter if they are Zipped.
