Broadband And Phone Line Packages

I am currently with EE, for broadband, landline, phone calls, and pay £ 32.00 a month, this doesn't include mobile that's separate. They sent me a mail indicating they are putting up the same package to £45. or so a month, which is a whopping charge.

Would it be better to look for another supplier, i have been with talktalk and BT in the past and both were useless or as near.
who do you use for the above, do you get a better deal than my current 32.00 a month

my landline phone calls are free to 01, 02, 03 numbers and for an hour at a time, any more than an hour each call they charge extra.

Use a comparison site such as Uswitch to see what deals are available to you. If you see a better offer call EE and tell them you want to cancel as it is too expensive. Bet they offer you a better deal

I pay £17.99 with Now TV. Broadband, all landline calls (redial after 59 mins) and all UK mobile phones.

We were paying £44 a month just for broadband with Virgin. Just switched to Sky, broadband, TV and landline for £36.

I think talktalk have got better. I pay £21.95 pm for phone & faster fibre broadband (36mb). Outgoing calls are charged for so I make those on my mobile - again with TT. £3 pm unlimited calls & texts.

i won't go back to TT they charged me the earth for their package.

Thanks for that.. I am out of contract on sky and BT.
Paying £40pm.. no fibre or calls. Really speaking I should be looking around for a switch.
Will put it on my to do list.

cashier 13.26 - is that all you have with NowTV or do you also have a TV contract and the phone and broadband then added ? If you only have internet and landline telephone service as you described then that is a very good deal. 1p broadband also have a low cost option but whether it compares with NowTV depends on how much calling you do.

I'm with Vodafone - was £30 a month but the app told me one day that my speed had fallen below the promised - so now £26 and speed is what it should be.

I've known of cases where you sign up to a reasonably priced offer and the prices start to creep up then it shoots by about £20 at the end of a contract deal. That's what happened to me with Sky. I called them and they said it was because the lower price offer ended and reverted to full price. I'm now back on a reduced subscription contract for 12 months. Or 18 months, can't remember!

If you're happy with EE then contact them for a new package price Emmie. The £45 quote is probably top end for people who don't tie in for a fixed period. if the cost is still high you can look to switch but you might not need to.

Hi emmie just renewed with EE for 18month contract last contract paid £24.40 for landline anytime calls broadband they were going to put it up to £32.00 for renewal phoned them up to say it was to much for me and now I have a new 18month contract fo £24.00 a saving of 40p on my previous contract. so call them and I am sure you will get a better deal
