Returning An Item Via Post Office Or Hermes

Am trying to return an item and am getting as far as the return label up on my screen but it won't print.

I tried to copy it to put it onto a word document but again won't print.

When I do try and print - all needless words and jargon come up but no label. Any help thanks

Can you take a screen shot and print from photo

took a screen shot of the code and printed it off on an Abiword document - worked a treat.
