Transferring Photo From Phome To Ab

In a TV interview I was watching this man had a painting on the wall behind him. I managed to take a photo of it and would dearly love to know what it is and who its by.
It was taken with a Samsung 5 16 and I would like to put the photo on tbe Arts page of AB.
Is it possible please for someone to tell me how to do it - in the very simplest terms.
I would be very grateful.

get the picture onto your computer in the normal way, then upload it to a photo sharing site, eg https://imgbb.com/

...sorry then click on the create link option and then paste that into AB.

2. Link asks for photo upload.
3. tick photo on phone & upload.
4. Copy link after upload to above link.
5. Paste copied link here....to share ;)
