I want my wall mounted tv to slide L-R only i.e. it mustn't tilt, swivel or extend away from the wall. Has anyone seen such a mount? Thanks.

I have seen mounts that allows the tv to slide behind a cupboard or panel when not in use. Is that the sort of thing?
Would it matter if, as well as sliding left to right, it also tilted and swivelled? You wouldn't have to tilt or swivel it.

Why exactly do you want it to slide from left to right?

There's no requirement to tilt/swivel/extend, as long as it slides. As to why it needs to slide...don't ask :-)
