New Phone Problems Galaxy S20+ On Sky Mobile

Thanks for your replies, it looks like the bits and pieces on my new phone were transferred over when i paired the devices, the date is showing 11.16 Sun 27 September which is about the time I did the data swap to the new phone. It will not highlight when I click on it and will not move, its quite annoying as its making the home screen look messy, Vodaphone don't want to know and I can't find a phone number for Sky mobile so I can talk to them, any help would be appreciated, thanks

All you need to do is uninstall the unwanted apps that transferred over from you old phone.
I also have Galaxy S20+ and I never faced any problem in it.
