I wrote a document in MS word, then My computer crashed. When it cam back on it had auto saved the doc and gave me the "do you want to review these docs" message. I foolishly pressed no and now it's disappeared. Is there ANYTHING I can do to recover it?

Try System Restore. System Restore sometimes lets you restore your computer to a date when everything worked OK.

As someone who has been using computers since God was a lad the best advice I can give you is to save work every few minutes. It won't help your current situation but, if it happens again, you can go back to the last "save" and only use a few minutes work.
I don't think System Restore affects your data, just your programs.

it's a work computer, and I can't do anything with it anyway as I don't have any rights sadly. The document is still showing on my one drive but when I try to open it, predictably it says not at this location, has it been renamed or deleted
