It's nearly full. You started out with 15Gb available and now you have only 27.9 Mb left.
It's the other way around - you've used 27.9 MB out of 15 GB.

What is 27.9mb and what is 15gb..... all gobbledegook to me I don't understand it......
I defer to Aquariel - I assumed it was warning you you were about to run out of room.
15gb is a lot, and 27.9mb is a little. You have hardly used your Google Drive and have loads of room
To put it simply, 27.9mb is equivalent to a few emails. 15GB is equivalent to about 5 full length films.

Many thanks to all, bit more wiser now, thanks for your help and "The Answer bank"
A byte (b) is a measurement of data, or the memory needed to store it. As for the metric prefixes, this may help: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metric_prefix
a gigabyte (1Gb) equals 1000 megabytes(Mb)
So 15Gb is 15000 Mb.
So you have used only 27.9 Mb out of 15000 Mb, which is less 0.2% (one five hundredth) of the available capacity
Lower or upper case is significant.
'b' is 'bit' as in a speed of 20Mb per sec
'B' is 'byte' (8 bits) as in 20GB of drive capacity.
