My is showing this and I cannot turn it off, I have tried the suggested remedies but nothing seems to work.Help please.

There are simply loads of equipment that have 'Power Button lockouts'

Computer monitor HP2009V I have pulled plug from back of monitor and held on button for 10seconds and 40 seconds, I have tried this several times.
