I recently jumped from Vodafone to TalkTalk, which has proved to be something of a bad move; I've traded a stable connection for one that's faster but very unreliable.

I'm within my cooling off period and want to cancel but what's the drill with this? I'll go back to Vodafone but do I need to fully cancel with TalkTalk before I do, or can I get a new connection from Vodafone and have a seamless transfer?

I have just stated previously today how satisfied I am with talktalk, which is true. I have been with them for years and never have any problems. It’s always fast and trouble free so possibly giving it a bit of time may help. I do not have fibre or any other upgrades, just the simple connection.
