Well Bill Clinton fits the bill there. Wow. Didn't Teddy have wonderful foresight when we had the Kennedy clan and the Clintons in ascension? Amazing and astute man.
Clinton didn't efficiently serve his country? As I remember he actually left the budget in surplus, a feat achieved by few leaders anywhere.

Right. And the Kennedy mafia served themselves. Any skipper i/c PT109 would of ended in the brig at Portland Naval station for negligently killing some of his crew. No night watch when his command was rammed at night by a Japanese vessel.
Senator Joe Kennedy ,his cowardly ex ambassadeur to Britain, patriarch ensured he came out smelling of roses and a hero with gongs galore. Kennedy was no patriot and I am sure Roosevelt was not referring to that clan.
