Reach (Quancast)

Does anyone know, or have heard of people called REACH (subsidiary quancast) who govern privacy settings on various accounts, notably 'Express online?' And if yes, how do I contact them direct? I'm getting sick and tired of their incompetence.

Reach is NOT a subsidiary of Quantcast.

Reach plc is the new name (since 2018) for Trinity Mirror plc, the owner of Express Newspapers:
