This Binatone M250 has never really been any good, I bought it for a relative. At the moment it is not accepting emails, and ptting up a message saying 'memory full' when there is nothing in the memory. Can anybody help/

I'm confused! That phone doesn't receive emails. Perhaps you mean texts? If so, have you deleted all of the stored texts?
