Good morning all, hope you are all well and not too disheartened in these difficult times.

I use the internet via my phone, and have a fixed data allowance. Because of the virus, I've started using Facebook a lot more.

However, I've noticed that if anyone has sent me a video clip, it automatically plays. As such, I think it is using quite a lot of my data allowance.

Is there any way I can only play the videos when I want to ?

Thanks in advance.

Now you explained that, I could work it out.

Click on the downward arrow on the top, go to settings, videos, and change autoplay from default to off .

Thank you very much !
Are you not on wi-fi?
