This is my second time. Last time I brought it to the Apple store and they were able to fix it.

I accidentally dropped my iPhone in the water. I dried it right away and turned it off. What should I do? I can’t bring it to anyone to fix since we all are staying home. I looked up online and apparently people dry it using rice. Will that work? Do you know of any other remedies?
Please let me know.

That seems to be the only solution...I have had my phone for a good number of years.
Usual advice is to submerge it in (dry) rice grains and leave in an airing cupboard to dry out.
It depends upon how much of depth it went. If u have luck it will work
Better get it checked thoroughly at a service centre

We dried one with a hair drier. It worked.
