Why Was My Card Removed From My Paypal Account?

I added my debit card today to my paypal account and paid 2 rupees .But today when I go back,it says add a new debit card.Why did this happen?

You didn't do it properly? There is a small time lag?

Add a new card is often an option in case you want to link more than one card.

Can you not proceed with your transaction with the card you have linked?

@Mamyalynne I'm only getting to the 'link a card' page when I open my account.Seems I can't make a payment.The card seems to have gotten unlinked

Well I'd try to add it again. Or try to add a different one

When you link a card to PayPal, you cannot use it immediately. They send you a code to your bank account and in the U.K. it's linked to a debit of £1. This takes a few days. Once you have the verification code, then PayPal will let you use your new card. They refund the £1 as well.
