Hi Chris - I have been trying to get online with my local Credit Union for a few weeks now. Can't get on at all. I am registered ok. If I type another Credit Union - I can get onto that.

I contacted said Credit Union who just said - well "they" can get on.

I get (Secure Connection Failed) - would you know what the problem is. Thanks

As Chris would say, try another browser. Instead of Chrome use Firefox for example.

I knew that would come up Sharon and I did try - I am on Firefox - so tried Google Chrome and Internet Explorer but got the same result.
Are you sure that your PC has the correct date and time set?
Question Author
oh yes - it automatically updates
Check anyway. (Place your cursor over the clock at the bottom right of your screen and check the date). If the CMOS battery in your computer is running low, it could result in an error.

I have looked Chris - 19.31 - 31/03/2020

Don't know whether this makes a difference but I don't have any batteries.

I am on a big monitor/computer with the big massive hard drive (really old) and use an old fashioned keyboard.
Sorry. I'm lost. It might be worth temporarily disabling your security software though and then giving it another try.
Question Author
ok - thanks anyway Chris. Will contact said Credit Union again and see what they have to say.
