You know how, on an iPhone (and probably all smartphones for all I know), if you turn it in your hand from vertical to horizontal, the screen view automatically does the same? Well, my iPhone used to do that, but it doesn’t anymore. I may have accidentally touched a wrong button or something. What do I need to do to return it to normal? Easy to follow instructions for this technophobe please.

On your home screen, flick up from the bottom. You will see a selection of icons, one if them is a padlock. Tap it and you will turn the Portrat Orientation back on.
