Is anyone else counting down the days they've spent indoors and the incubation period? It is suggested that symptoms start to show on average from day 5 of being infected and then anything up to 14 days.

I know I probably shouldn't focus on this but it's keeping me going and so far it's been 9 days (Friday) since last school run and 5 days (Monday) since short trip to Co Op and corner shop.

Am I being too obsessive with this number of days thing?

yes but whatever gets you through!
I think you are, it's like you've convinced yourself that you will get it. But, if it keeps you going, crack on. We'll all get though this in our own way. Mine's wine and chocolate, whilst stressing about all the food running out.......I've plenty of loo roll.
You are over worrying a tad :-) The only time I've done that is a month ago when I returned from a foreign holiday. Try to remember that a lot of people getting it are only just under the weather, most people are not ending up in hospital.
