As long as you have sufficient data in your contract I'd assume yes. How do you download from Netflix now ?

Yes... if you have a broadband only package you can watch any paid streaming service like Amazon or Netflix. Or free BBC iPlayer My5 etc. If you want to stream in HD you will need a broadband speed of 5Mbps https://www.fasterbroadband.co.uk/tools/broadband-speed-test
