I have read in a magazine that the sound is disappointing.

' thin, dull sound with a muffled bass '

Does anyone have one and what are their impressions please.

we got one at xmas,the echo dot.i'm hard of hearing and we have never had a problem. in fact i was so impressed ,i bought the bigger one.very happy with them

Did the reviewer (in the magazine article you read) say whether or not he/she had tried making any changes to the audio? A lot of people don't seem to realise that you can!
