If you have a Premium account, you can listen to Spotify from Amazon Echo. You just need to:
1. Set up your Alexa device using the Amazon Alexa App.
2. Go to Settings, then Music & Media, and link your Spotify account.
3. Tap Choose default music services and select Spotify.
Without a Premium account, you could also play Spotify music on Amazon Echo. With the help of TunesKit Spotify Music Converter, you can download Spotify music, then stream Spotify music on Amazon Echo directly (https://www.tuneskit.com/spotify-music-tips/spotify-on-amazon-echo.html).
