Notebook For Pc Desktop

Im looking for a notebook, that i can place on my desktop - like on top my desktop wallpaper, and it just sits there all the time, looking like an open 'filofax' sort of thing,
and i can click on the edges to flip the pages -
like a virtual filofax, that looks and acts just like a real filofax

does anyone know if this exists?

or something similar?

Stickie notes irritated me, it disappeared and moved etc, and evernote etc is not really what i want

thanks, but 2 of those are sticky notes, which i said i dont want, and the other is a browser notebook, not a desktop one. im going to have a look at it though
