acer w7 my lappy will not boot. up when == i plug in charger the battery light flickers for about 6 seconds .take charger out press start button still flickers for about 6 seconds
yours ideas please

Is the battery still ok ? Have you a spare you can try ?

Remove the battery and try again (with the mains adapter plugged in of course).

If everything is back to normal you've definitely got a dud battery.

If it still doesn't work it's most likely that you've got a dead charger.
