For four years I have had a LENOVO computer and had no problems whatsoever. I log on daily by means of eye recognition and have never had to use my password. I am due to renter hospital for an eye operation and doubt if the eye recognition would work thereafter.. I have no idea what my password was/is. Is there any way I can have help in accessing my password?. If not then I expect my laptop will be useless and I cannot afford to buy another one.

Can't you reset your password before you go into hospital?

Danny. Thanks for taking trouble to answer me. How do I change my password because I cannot remember what it was as I have never had to use it. I am a real thick o where computers go, am 76 years old and still in pound shillings pence and inches and yards mode.

Does it ask for your old password when resetting?

I have never tried re setting Danny. Can I do that if I don’t know my original password?

You can on some sites.I would log in using your eye contact, locate reset password and see what comes up.
