Transferring Pics From Phone To Pc

I have an iPhone 7 and a PC with Windows 10. How on Earth do I get my pics and videos to the PC from iPhone. It used to be so easy but I'll be f######d if I can do it now. Sorry but I am a bit thick and the more refined and updated technology gets the harder it is for this old codger to keep up!! Cheers Chris
