Have installed Amazon photo app onto Ipad air 2019. Wish to have photos from my kindle fire transferred to my ipad air as this will be the tablet in use. Have tried several times but each time can only get the same 10 random photos uploaded. It tells me upload complete.
Have contacted Amazon and all they say is reinstall app, install and try again but still the problem persists. Don't know what else to try as all looks fine with the process of the uploading and installing.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
