Mother in Law is having treatment in day care suite (but thats another story). When she first started she wasn't surprised that she couldn't get much of a reception as there where no outside windows just some sky lights.

But after a few weeks there she is discovering that most other people have no problem talking or texting on their phones and wonders why she cant.

Is it that she has a rubbish phone or a bad network? Its a Nokia 6 on EE.

Emkay - yes i know what you mean about disturbance but i think as most of the patients are there all day they allow to stop the boredom.

If it was just her she could understand it but everyone else is doing it.

Calmck - i will ask her about the hospitals connection, but shes in her 80s so just knows the basics of tech, (as do i!)
Ask a staff member they should be able to help
