A year ago today we lost a true gentleman of AB..much missed and oft thought of dearest friend xx

I too miss Mikey. He was a true friend.

I wouldn’t say Mikey was always the gentleman. Opinionated – like most of us - and often more than most of us – but also an eclectic mixture of inveterate snob and inverted snob – likeable nonetheless. A real character. The site is poorer without him – and us almost engaged too. ;o)

I miss him. RIP Mikey.

Rose coloured spectacles, Murraymints - but perhaps you were never on the receiving end. As I said, he was a character, and as a prolific contributor, an asset to this site - but an angel he was not.
