Help Regarding E Bay

My husband has been offered a tool by E Bay whereby he can go onto his active items for sale page and edit prices/amounts etc by hovering the pencil next to what he wants to edit and do all these things really easily.
I contacted E Bay by live chat to ask them about this and they didn't seem to know anything about this.
Is anyone else able to do this and how can I please do it for my items that I have for sale?
