Deleting A Folder.

I have a folder on my pc that will not delete. I managed to delete the contents but the folder won`t budge. A pop up appears saying `cannot delete as it is open in another program`. There is definitely no other program open which contains the folder. I`ve tried a PC re start but to no avail. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Unlocker is a small safe program that will attempt to release locks on such files/folders. If it can't release the lock, it can mark the folder for deletion on the next restart.
