Where are the videos sourced from? Are you watching them on Youtube (Or similar) or are they files on your computer that you're using a media player (such as Windows Media Player or VLC) to view?
You ask a lot of technical questions where you give little information.

How the hell do we know what you are trying to watch these video on, a TV and video player, a smartphone, a tablet, a PC, an Apple Mac or what?

And what videos, where did you get them from, what are you using to play them?

If you don't give any information like this how are we expected to help you?

The most common cause of lost sound on Youtube is simply that the viewer has accidentally clicked on the 'Mute' button. (Once you've muted one video Youtube remembers that setting for all future videos until you cancel it).

Take a look at the bottom left of a silent Youtube video. If the third symbol from the left shows a speaker with a line through it, as here

simply click on it to remove the line and get your sound back.

If that doesn't solve your problem, let us know whether you've still got sound for other functions (such as when you play a CD or an MP3 file) or if everything is silent.
