Bluetooth Without A Sim Card

Can a phone connect to Bluetooth and work properly without a SIM card as my iPhone 6s Plus has stopped working on Bluetooth. I’m not thinking about things like hands free where you need a card, I’m thinking of things like my endoscope camera and a few other bits that I don’t need the phone side for. I thought I’d try you folk first rather than charging a couple of old phones overnight. Thanks for any help you can give.

Since Bluetooth is totally unrelated to a SIM connection, I can see no reason why Bluetooth shouldn't work without a SIM card.

Thanks Buenchico, that’s the answer I was hoping for, the Bluetooth is actually a circuit board problem I’ve been told from my local repair shop so there’s no chance it being fixed. Again thanks for your help
