Sure can. Don't leave the camera connected and stroll naked in front of the PC or you may find yourself advertising certain websites ;-)

.... and this is why I have a piece of tape over my webcam on my laptop.

The webcam had not worked (incompatible )since windows 10 was installed on the PC two years ago. So remote videoing shd. not be possible ?

and Zuckerberg ( "there is no privacy nowadays") certainly thinks so as he has a plaster over his skype thingey.

if you do any scamming the scammers you tube viddies
they are always doing something like this

the scammers get you to give control of your computer to them and then steal your stuff BUT.... to stop automatic blocking of calls from India, they may have to get you to access THEIR computer.

and the heroes scamming the scammers may then plant spy ware on the scammers computers.
I quite like the "scamming the scammers" but I am aware some are er fake

and the CIA weeping angel program allowed the er CIA to listen to you via your samsung.
