I'm on Windows XP and FireFox is my browser.

When I clink on another tab I get FireFox search page, how can I change this so that a new Google search page comes on each time I click another tab?

You need to install this extension to Firefox and then select google.co.uk as your new tab homepage :

Does Firefox support Google?. I think to get a Google search you need a Google browser,
No danny - you can use google via any browser - even have it as your home page.

Thanks for you answer sunny-dave but there is a simpler way, I've done it before, but I have now forgot the correct procedure.

and then enter google.co.uk in Home Page widow.
No way would I use Google as a Search Engine. Every move you make on the Internet is likely be tracked and passed to other third parties, along with any other information which can be collected from your computer by cookies which will be inserted without your knowledge.
