A Freeview Box?

I cleared out a room and found a new TVOnics freeview box, still boxed, as new. My current TV has freeview built in, and I wondered if anyone would have any need for this freeview box now, or is it old technology? Should I bin it, or try and sell it/give it away? If so, what's it worth if anything?!

Plenty of folk with a TV that's lasted and freeview boxes that didn't.
It's worth what you can get someone to pay for it. With cheap options these days, not so much. But someone'll be pleased for it, assuming it works.
I had several which I took to a charity shop.
You can buy a Freeview box for about £20 these days, I know since cancelling Virgin media about ten years ago I'm on my third. They go fuzzbuxed sometimes. certainly don't bin it what ever you decide.
Put it on your local Freecycle site.
