I have a new Nokia 3 smartphone. When I want to include an emoji in a text, I get a message saying "Simple Characters Only" and that some characters will be converted. It says this behaviour can be changed in Settings, but I cant understand how to do this from Settings. I have a choice of Cancel or Convert and Send. However, whatever I choose, the message goes with no emoji, it just ignores it. Any simple solution please? The phone apparently gives me the choice of inserting hundreds or emojis and pictures.
