Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I bought an iPod off ebay that wasn't sold with its headphones when the description said 'comes with all original accessories' I haven't been able to resolve it with the buyer so I've complained via paypal. It has taken ages and now they want me to submit a report to support my claim from a retailer/trader stating the item description and it has to be faxed to them on company headed paper. It's standard that they do come with headphones but I don't know where I can get written proof. I was thinking of contacting Apple but they may not want the inconvinience. This is the only way I can get my money back as I was ripped off big time so I need to do it. Any advice would be appreciated thank you.

How about pointing them to the apple website: http://www.apple.com/ipod/specs.html which states clearly under included accessories about half way down.
