Why not ask Virgin?

I believe it IS possible to have just Broadband / TV from Virgin without the land line.

After all they will continue to get money from you for your other services so they wont want to lose you totally.

Note you use the word "loose" when you actually mean "lose" (this is one of my pet hates).

Loose is the opposite of tight ("My trousers are too loose", "My trousers are too tight")

Lose is the opposite of win ("I think my football team will lose today")
You can cancel your telephone part of your bundle with virgin, but you will still have to pay for a landline.

Mission accomplished aelmpvw. :¬)
You do not need a landline and Virgin won’t charge you line rental BUT they will probably increase the cost of the services you do use as you will lose the bundle discount
