Receiving Arabic channels

Hi, I live in a flat and the management company doesn't allow the installation of satelite dishes (even if communal). I would love to receive Arabsat and Hotbird. Is there any way around installing a dish? Do you know of any internet site that can help, I also wouldn't mind viewing from the PC. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
