Ipad Not Creating New Mail Box.

Hi, I have obviously done something stupid or pressed something accidentally because now when I want to make a new mail box on yahoo, it won’t let me. I press ‘add a mailbox’ and it lets me type in a title but the ‘save’ is unlit so I cannot save it. It’s an iPad air2, please help.

Are you using the built in Mail app, or the yahoo app?

I have always used this before successfully, lots of folders, no joy at the moment.
