Hello tis I again! My Sony laptop win 10 was recently cleaned and debugged and now I can't find things when I scan them. I've checked and my printer is installed and the only choice I have is to uninstall it, not open it. Don't want to uninstall, it yet as need it to print off plane tickets etc but would like to be able to find my scanned photos. Thank you. I get worse don't I?

does the scanner itself tell you where it's going to file things when they're done? Mine does (and I can change the destination if I want).

Don't know, never had this trouble before. I'm scanning photos like mad but they are not popping up anywhere that I can see!

can you start the scanner via the laptop, rather than just pushing a button on the scammer itself?

Don't know, never had this trouble before. I'm scanning photos like mad but they are not popping up anywhere that I can see! Ah have gone into windows accessories and may be getting there
