Outlook Express Failed Sent Message.

I am trying to send an email via outlook express in which a photo file is attached, but the recipient is failing to receive it and I keep getting a failed sent message.

I have tried sending the same to my computer and I receive it with no problem. and I have sent the same email without the attachment and they receive that okay.

The size of the file is of acceptable size.

Does anyone know what could be going wrong

Hmm could be a number of things AOG. If you are using an anti virus add on it can play havoc with images by identifying them as virus threats. Sending or receiving. There is also an Outlook Express Repair Tool that may help. I have no problem with Outlook.

Thank you Togo, but if it is a security problem, why is it that I can send the email to myself and the fact that I have never had any problem sending an email complete with an attachment to others?

Outlook Express are having some technical issues.

Thank you all for your input, but I don't think that is the trouble, I have tried sending my email since Friday and that includes today also.

Have you tried resaving the file under a different name and attaching that?

Does the message give any further details about why it failed to be sent?

You don't say what the error message refers to AOG. I use Onedrive for large files and that is not bad.
