Picassa Won't Scan

Hi, just tried scanning from my flat bed printer to Picasa. Always worked in the past but will not do so now. Is this something to do with Google messing about with it.

I no longer have a flat bed scanner, nor do I use Picasa, but my first thought is whether you have the latest driver for the latest version of Win10. May be worth deleting it and reinstalling anyway.
Did you have a better description of what and where it went wrong ? I feel info is a bit limited at present.
