I have recently changed the PC. I paid for an in-store data transfer, some has been transferred but some has not. Is this usual for this to happen?

Yes if you use PC World as they are useless.

Thanks for the reply. I rang the PC World helpline and was advised to take it to the store. the guy there was very helpful and sorted the problem out for me. The data had been transferred but I couldn't find it! I am not the cleverest with technology! No gripes about PC World.
