Check that your radio is set to receieve FM (rather than AM) signals.
Manually tune to the frequency of a station you want (such as 94.5Mhz for Paramount FM from Abeokuta). If you don't hear anything then, unless the station is off-air, there's a fault with either the radio or your car's aerial. If you do receive the station you want, press a memory button and hold it until you hear a beep. The station will then be stored at that memory location.
